Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from Quantum Forge. By placing an order you accept them.

What you are buying

Every product sold here is a digital file. No physical item is produced, packed or shipped. Each purchase delivers a ZIP archive containing one STL relief model and a short instructions document.

What is not included

Orders do not include G-code, CNC toolpaths, machine settings, printer profiles or pre-sliced files. You create those yourself for your own machine, stock, cutters and workholding. Working knowledge of CAM or slicing software is assumed.

Your responsibility at the machine

STL files carry no unit of measurement. Confirm scale, overall size and relief depth in your own software before cutting or printing, and simulate toolpaths and verify the zero position, cutter clearance and stock thickness before you start. Listing images are digitally generated mockups; your result will vary with material, bit diameter, stepover, feeds, speeds, scaling and finishing.

Delivery and access

Files are available immediately after payment from your account. Single-model purchases allow ten downloads within ninety days. The Complete Collection does not expire and has no download limit. If you cannot reach a file you have paid for, contact eric.hoffman@live.ca and it will be sorted out.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US or Canadian dollars, and applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

Refunds

Digital downloads are final sale. See the refund policy for the detail and for the situations where an exception is made.

Licence

Purchase grants a licence to use the model, not ownership of the design. See the licence page for what that licence permits.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
