Privacy Policy

Quantum Forge collects the least it can get away with, because the less that is held the less there is to lose.

What is collected

Your email address, so your purchases can be found again and your receipt can reach you. A record of what you bought and when. Nothing else is asked for.

What is not collected

Card numbers never touch this site. Payment happens on Stripe’s own checkout, and we receive only a confirmation that it succeeded and the last few digits Stripe chooses to show.

Who else is involved

Stripe processes payments. Google Firebase stores accounts and order records. Resend delivers order confirmation emails. Each of these sees only what it needs to do that job.

Cookies

A sign-in session and your cart and currency choice are kept in your browser. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking here.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its data to be deleted. Write to eric.hoffman@live.ca and it will be done. Deleting your account also removes your access to files you have bought.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Account data is kept until you ask for it to be removed.
